• Flavor Profile: Hailing from the high altitudes of Hopong (1,800m) in Shan State, Myanmar. Once a land covered in opium poppies during the time of grandfathers, it has been transformed into coffee farms that embody the Pa-O people's deep love and hopes for their land. Founded by three brothers, the TreeKung processing station brought young people back to their hometown, filling the forests once haunted by gunfire with the rich aroma of coffee. It opens with vibrant tropical fruits and rich fruit wine notes, accompanied by bright citrus and elegant fermentation, finishing with the gentle warmth of maltose and barley tea—wonderfully complex and layered.
