訂購前請先閱讀以下說明,以確保您的權益。

咖啡熟豆出貨須知及流程

  • 出貨作業時間

    • 製作與備貨: 烘焙完成後進行挑豆、品質測試、包裝出貨,備貨需 3 ~ 7 個工作日(不包含六、日)。
    • 現貨說明: 訂單的咖啡豆若有現貨,則會以現貨優先提供。如有特定烘焙日需求,請於下單時備註。
    • 假日處理: 遇週末及國定假日,出貨作業將順延至下一工作日。
    • 急件作業:如有急需請盡速聯絡官方LINE@客服或電聯洽詢是否可於期限內安排出貨。
  • 商品庫存狀態

    • 官網常態販售: 因網路與門市庫存量不同步,無法及時更新狀態。若想確認特定品項是否有少量現貨或有急需,可在訂購前先行詢問。
    • 大量訂購: 請聯絡LINE@客服窗口回覆確認商品現貨及數量後提供報價後,再進行付款。

    退款機制(因金額有誤或缺貨):

    • 匯款付款: 將於寄送商品時,隨件附上等值現金退還。
    • 匯款帳戶: 將款項直接匯回原帳戶,無需另行操作,手續費由自行負擔。
  • 商品包裝方式

    單品豆(Single-Origin): 皆以 1/2 磅 包裝。若想購買 1 磅,請訂購 2 包 1/2 磅;如需直接合併為 1 磅包裝,請於下單時註明(無需負擔另外包材費用)。


    如果特殊規格包裝將另行標註於購買網頁或豆袋上。

  • 付款&取貨注意事項

    • 匯款確認: 選擇匯款方式付款者,皆於確認款項後才會進行備貨與出貨。匯款後請主動聯繫告知帳號後五碼,以利快速對帳。
    • 超商未取紀錄: 選擇超商取貨者,請於指定期限內至門市取貨。如有多次未取紀錄,未來系統將限制使用此方式訂購。
    • 退件補寄運費: 因逾期未取導致包裹退回,若需重新寄送,買家需負擔再次寄送同樣配送物流之運費。運費將於重新出貨前通知並安排付款。

    配送範圍: 台灣本島/離島(提供宅配、超商取貨)。


    材積限制: 如訂單商品超過超商材積或重量限制,系統將自動取消訂單,請重新下單並選擇宅配。本站所有配送方式均無法指定到貨時間。


    海外宅配: 目前咖啡熟豆支援部分地區配送。請訂購前來信或來訊,我們將立即協助回覆運費資訊。


    【 運費與免運門檻 】

    台灣本島: 消費滿 NT$ 1,500 免運。


    台灣離島: 消費滿 NT$ 2,000 免運。(離島地區無提供超商超商寄送服務)


    系統將於購物車頁面選取寄送地區後,自動計算運費並套用免運優惠。


    【 超商店到店(全家 / 7-11) 】(小件)

    運費: 未滿免運門檻酌收 NT$ 80 運費,寄送需 3 - 7 天。


    【 郵寄宅配 】(小件/大件)

    運費: 未滿免運門檻酌收 NT$ 150運費,寄送需 3 - 7 天。


    【 新竹物流/黑貓宅配 】(小件/大件)

    運費: 未滿免運門檻酌收 NT$250運費,寄送需 3 - 7 天。

若您接獲可疑來電或訊息,請保持警覺,切勿依照不明聯絡人的指示進行操作。請立即透過官方管道聯繫我們,或撥打 165 反詐騙專線 確認


請特別注意以下詐騙特徵:

  1. 可疑來電顯示: 來電號碼若以「+」、「+2」、「+886」等開頭,請務必提高警覺,提防對方偽裝為銀行或電商客服。
  2. 常見話術陷阱: 聲稱「工作人員重複下單」、「誤設為分期付款扣款」、「升級 VIP 會員權益」等,誘導您操作 ATM。
  3. 不明連結: 請勿點擊不明簡訊連結、或加入未經認證的 LINE 好友邀請。

保護自身帳戶安全,建議您定期更換強密碼,並避免在公用電腦輸入個人機密資訊。

[Order Processing Time]

  • All Thanaka coffee beans are freshly roasted, followed by manual bean sorting, quality testing, and packaging.
  • Standard fulfillment takes approximately 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
  • Orders with existing stock will be fulfilled immediately. For specific roast date requests, please leave a note at checkout.


[Product Availability]

  • Products listed on our website are regular offerings. However, due to limited batch sizes, some quantities may not update in real-time. Please feel free to inquire before ordering.
  • For bulk orders, please wait for our direct confirmation regarding availability before proceeding with bank transfers.
  • Refund policy for errors or shortages:
  • Bank Transfer: The refund amount will be enclosed as cash within your package.
  • In case of green bean supply shortages, you may choose a full refund or exchange for an equivalent product. (Please note: International orders can only be resolved via product exchange due to foreign currency conversion limits).


[Packaging Standard]

  • Blend Beans: Packaged in 1/2 lb bags. To order 1 lb, please select 2 x 1/2 lb bags (specify in notes if you prefer a single 1 lb bag).
  • Single-Origin Beans: Packaged in 1/4 lb bags. To order 1/2 lb, please select 2 x 1/4 lb bags (specify in notes if you prefer a single 1/2 lb bag).




[Payment & Pickup Policy]

  • Bank Transfers: Shipments will only be released after funds are cleared. Please provide the last 5 digits of your bank account for expedited verification.
  • Store Pickups: Please collect your parcel within the designated window. Multiple failed collections may result in restrictions on your account.
  • Return & Reshipment: If a package is returned due to a late pickup, a flat reshipping fee of NT$120 will apply before the second dispatch.

[Shipping & Rates]

  • In-Store Pickup: Available at 玬那卡咖啡旅甸Google Map
  • Local Delivery (Taiwan): Shipped via courier or store-to-store pickup. Orders exceeding size/weight limits for store pickup will be canceled automatically; please reorder using standard courier delivery. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • International Shipping: Contact us at Email or LINE@ for custom shipping quotes.
  • Shipping Tariffs:
  • Taiwan (Mainland):  Free shipping on orders over NT$1,500.
  • Taiwan (Offshore Islands):Free shipping on orders over NT$2,000. (Note: Store pickup is unavailable for offshore islands).

[Payment Methods]
