七天鑑賞期說明
依《消費者保護法》,線上消費者享有商品到貨隔日起算 7 天鑑賞期(含例假日)之權益。
鑑賞期非試用期: 咖啡豆屬於食品類別,為維護食品衛生安全,外包裝一經拆封,恕無法辦理退換貨。退回的商品必須是全新未拆封、未使用,且包裝完整的狀態。超過 7 天鑑賞期恕無法受理。
換貨條件
若您收到商品後發現以下狀況,請於收到商品 24 小時內拍照存證,並立即聯絡 Email 或LINE@客服,客服人員將儘速協助您辦理換貨:
- 配送過程中造成商品外包裝嚴重毀損。
- 商品本身有明顯瑕疵或品質異常。
- 收到商品與訂單內容不符。
換貨流程
本公司將委託合作物流(如黑貓宅急便或新竹貨運)前往辦理商品交換。
物流服務不含指定特定時間及樓層配送,換貨時請客戶配合至指定地點完成交換。
退換貨注意事項
贈品須一併退回: 退回商品須保持全新完整狀態,若訂單包含贈品,亦須一併退回。如贈品未退回,將影響退貨權益。
瑕疵/短缺處理: 若商品有品質瑕疵、破損或短缺,請於到貨後 3 天內 來信並附上照片說明,以利後續換貨。
境外配送限制: 海外/境外配送不提供退換貨服務。境外消費者須自行承擔國際物流風險,請留意後再下單。
運費負擔原則: 退換貨運費由買家負擔;但若因本公司發貨錯誤或重大瑕疵所致,運費由本公司負擔。
證明保留: 申請退換貨寄出商品時,請向物流人員索取運單並妥善保管,以備後續查詢。
消費須知備註
對帳或退款問題,來信時請備妥「訂單編號」及「訂購日期」以利查詢。
惡意棄單、無故拒收包裹者,本公司將列入黑名單並終止未來的消費權益。
本站所有配送方式均配合物流常態作業,所有配送時程提供參考但無法指定精確的到貨時間。

無七日鑑賞期
商用客戶之報價與採購屬於商業貿易行為,不適用消費者保護法,亦無七日鑑賞期。
進氣與外觀說明
商品出貨前皆以真空袋或咖啡專用袋妥善保存(規格請參照報價單)。運輸過程中若因碰撞導致真空無效,並不影響咖啡生豆與熟豆之品質,恕不接受以此理由要求退換貨。若運送過程中造成破損等,請立即拍照聯絡客服,將盡速為您處理。
到貨瑕疵限期處理
收到商品時,請務必當場檢查數量及外觀可辨識之瑕疵。若有破損等異狀請立即拍照並聯絡客服;其他任何理由之退換貨,請於收貨後 2 週內提出,逾期恕無法受理。
數值資料僅供參考
報告所提供的所有生豆數值資料(如水分、密度等),可能因檢測儀器、取樣時間及測試環境不同而有些微誤差,相關數據僅供參考,不提供延伸諮詢,亦不得作為退換貨之理由。
報價時效與庫存
咖啡生豆庫存狀況及市場行情變動甚大,所有商用報價自提供日起 7 日內有效。在尚未正式確認訂單且完成付款前,皆不保留庫存。本公司保留隨時終止或更改優惠內容之解釋權。

[7-Day Appreciation Period]
- According to the Consumer Protection Act, online retail consumers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and public holidays) starting the day after delivery.
- The appreciation period is NOT a trial period. Since coffee items fall under the food product category, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the outer packaging has been opened due to food hygiene and safety regulations.
- To be eligible for a return/refund, items must be in brand-new, unopened, unused condition, and in their original, complete packaging. Requests exceeding the 7-day window will not be accepted.
[Exchange Conditions] If you encounter any of the following situations upon receiving your order, please take photos as evidence within 24 hours of receipt, and immediately contact us via Email or our official LINE@ customer service. Our team will assist you with an exchange as soon as possible:
- The product packaging was severely damaged during transit.
- The product itself exhibits obvious defects or quality anomalies.
- The items received do not match your order contents (incorrect fulfillment).
[Important Notes for Returns & Exchanges]
- Free Gifts: Returned items must be kept in brand-new and complete condition. If the original order included promotional gifts, they must be returned together; failure to return gifts will affect your eligibility for a return.
- Defect/Shortage Reporting: For any product quality defects, damages, or quantity shortages, please email us within 3 days of delivery with descriptive photos to facilitate the subsequent exchange process.
- International Orders: We do not offer returns or exchanges for international/overseas orders. Overseas consumers must assume all international logistical risks; please consider this before placing an order.
- Return Shipping Fees: Return and exchange shipping fees are to be borne by the buyer. However, if the return is due to our shipping error or a major product defect, the shipping fee will be covered by our company.
- Courier Documentation: When sending back items for a return or exchange, please request a consignment note/shipping receipt from the logistics personnel and keep it safe for future reference.
[Exchange Procedure & Logistics]
- Our company will arrange a contracted logistics courier (such as T-Cat/Black Cat Delivery Service or Hsinchu Cargo) to proceed with the product exchange.
- Courier services do not include specified delivery times or upstairs delivery. For exchanges, customers are kindly requested to cooperate by bringing the items to the designated pickup location to complete the exchange.
[General Disclaimers & General Notices]
- Account & Refund Inquiries: For reconciliation or refund issues, please have your "Order Number" and "Order Date" ready when emailing us to expedite the process.
- Malicious Orders & Abandonment: Customers who maliciously abandon orders or refuse delivery without a valid reason will be blacklisted, and their future consumer rights with our company will be terminated.
- Delivery Disclaimers: All shipping methods on this site operate under standard logistics routines. All delivery schedules are provided for reference only; we cannot guarantee or specify a precise arrival time.
The following terms apply exclusively to commercial clients, wholesale buyers, or transactions tied to business quotation sheets. Retail consumer regulations do not apply:
- Non-retail Consumer Goods: This quote is for commercial clients and is not subject to the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, no 7-day appreciation period is applicable.
- Packaging and Appearance Confirmation: All products are securely dispatched in vacuum bags or specialty coffee bags. Any air intake or loss of vacuum caused by friction or collision during transit does not affect the quality of green coffee beans. Returns or exchanges requested on this basis will not be accepted.
- Arrival Defects Handling: Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the quantities and outer packaging for any visible defects immediately. Any damages or irregularities must be photographed and reported to customer service instantly. All other qualitative return or exchange claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of receipt; late claims cannot be processed.
- Technical Data Metrics Disclaimer: All technical green bean data provided (such as moisture content, density, etc.) are for reference only and may vary slightly due to testing equipment, sampling intervals, or ambient testing environments. These discrepancies do not qualify for extending technical consultations or product returns/exchanges.
- Validity of Quotes & Stock Availability: Due to substantial market fluctuations and changing inventory levels, our company reserves the right of final interpretation and the right to terminate or modify promotional events at any time. All price quotes are valid for 7 days from the issue date. Inventory is not reserved or secured until the order is officially finalized and payment is cleared.
