Grown in Ywangan, one of Shan State's most celebrated coffee regions, this lot expresses the clarity and elegance of Myanmar's highland terroir.

Cultivated at 1,300 meters under misty conditions and steady temperature shifts, the cherries develop a refined acidity. A fully washed process brings out a clean and transparent structure.

Bright lemon acidity leads the cup, followed by a gentle sugarcane sweetness. The finish is long and tea-like, reminiscent of oolong — delicate, composed, and quietly expressive.
