Nestled deep in the Taunggyi highlands at 1,400 meters, Phar Moon village produces coffees shaped by generous diurnal shifts. The mixed Arabica here reveals a dual character — floral and nutty on opening, with a whisper of salty-sweet plum powder, then citrus and tropical fruit unfolding across the mid-palate.

As the cup cools, the chocolate-tea quality gives way to a persistent black sugar sweetness that deepens with every sip. A coffee that rewards patience and rewards it well.
